       My name is Ronnie Dugger. I own the Rock Fitness Center along with my beautiful wife Libby. We are believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. We attend Decatur Christian Fellowship in Decatur, Alabama. We sit under the leadership of Pastor John T. White. I am a student of Rhema Bible College out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is the teaching and guidance we have received at DCF that has enabled us to accomplish the things we have.

      The Rock Fitness Center Inc. was established in 2003. We provide a Christian atmosphere and play only upbeat Christian music that will promote overall health and fitness, both physical and spiritual.

      We are starting our line of supplements. We will be carrying all of the top brands at discounted prices.

          At the Rock Fitness Center we have some of the best male and female body builders in the state of Alabama, as well as Tennessee. We have State Power lifting record holders.

          It is this unique combination of experience and faith at the Rock that makes us a fitness center for the most advanced athlete as well as for the person who has never stepped foot in a gym.
